EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Please check your order and receipt upon arrival. If you find that any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue. Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including garments with a hygiene liner. We also do not accept returns for garments that are damaged, including those with ripped tulle or missing embellishments such as beading, feathers and tassels. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
» Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We have a 30-day exchange policy for all exchangeable garments. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to keep the receipt for proof of purchase if you do not have an account with us.
» Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at customerservice@centecollection.com, and we will provide a free returns slip if you did not receive one with your package. Each customer is entitled to ONE free return per order. If you misplace your returns slip or you would like another, please contact us as soon as possible; a fee may apply for extra slips.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Australia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. You can always contact us for any return questions, damage, or issues.
» Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us or use the chat option to speak with us.
» Order Amendments & Cancellations
Once you place an order, we can cancel or amend it only within 24 hours of placement. Once the timeframe has expired, we won't be able to make any changes, and you'll need to either wait for the order to arrive or request a return to our studio for a refund or exchange. Please contact our customer service team, and we'll be able to assist with your order.
